Elimination rounds will be shot at St Fagans National History Museum of Wales. This is a flat area. Which is an advantage, especially since the British Met Office has issued an early warning of severe weather for Friday. We got word a second round for the qualification tournament will be shot, but only half a course. All participants in all divisions will shoot a 12 target course at Glyncornel Archery Center on Thursday. Team finals will be cancelled to make up for the lost time with cancelation of the matches on Wednesday. The schedule is in Wednesday's daily impression. |

We did not receive the results from the first day of the World Championships as of Tuesday night. Apparently FITA, or rather Meteksan, is having problems compiling the correct result list. |

We have just been informed the second day of the qualification round has been cancelled altogether. Ranking and the cut might be decided based on the result of the first day only. |

A sad day for Australia and the World Championships in general. Both Barbara McCusker (Barebow) and Dawn Lowther (Recurve) from the Australian team have been hospitalized today during the first day of the qualification rounds. |
